Our commitment

PQCLayer, Inc. ("PQCLayer", "we") is committed to making its website and services accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We continually work to improve the accessibility of our digital experiences for people with disabilities.

Standards

This website was designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which align with the Israeli standard IS 5568 and the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773–2013.

Accessibility features on this site

• An accessibility menu (bottom-left of every page, keyboard shortcut Alt + A) offering text resizing, contrast modes, grayscale and high-saturation modes, link/heading highlighting, a readable sans-serif font, an enlarged cursor, paused animations, adjustable line and letter spacing, text alignment controls, and a reading guide.
• Full keyboard navigability with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
• Semantic HTML landmarks, ARIA labels, and descriptive link text.
• Sufficient color contrast on text, controls, and form elements.
• Respect for the operating-system prefers-reduced-motion setting.
• Responsive design that adapts to zoom up to 200% and to mobile, tablet and desktop viewports.
• Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging.
• All images convey their purpose through text alternatives where required.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working on:

• Some decorative WebGL / 3-D animations may not be fully meaningful to assistive technologies; equivalent textual content is provided in adjacent sections.
• Third-party embedded content (payment, calendaring, video) is subject to those vendors' own accessibility conformance.
