This Privacy Policy describes how PQCLayer, Inc. ("PQCLayer", "we", "our") collects, uses, shares and safeguards information when you visit pqclayer.com (the "Site") or use our services. We honor the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741–1981 (and its accompanying regulations), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and other privacy laws relevant to our users.
1. What we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, work email, company, role).
- Technical data when you browse the Site: IP address, device, browser, referrer, pages viewed, timestamps.

- Communications you send to us (email, support tickets, demo requests).
2. Why we use it
- To operate, secure and improve the Site and our services.
- To respond to enquiries, demo requests and customer support.
- To send service updates and, with your consent, marketing communications.

3. Legal basis
Our processing relies on one or more of the following: your consent; performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in running and securing our business; or compliance with a legal obligation. Under Israeli law, the personal information you provide is held in a database registered with the Privacy Protection Authority where required by law.

We do not sell personal information. - Request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date (Section 14).
- Request deletion or restriction of processing, where applicable.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Object to direct marketing and unsubscribe at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

7. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards aligned with the Israeli Privacy Protection (Information Security) Regulations 5777–2017 and recognised industry standards. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified on the Site and, where appropriate, by email.
